Michael David Barrett Erin Andrews Video Stalking Complaint

It looks like we’ve finally found our stalker.

On Saturday, Michael David Barrett (everyone is referring to him by three names, which means he definitely did it) was arraigned for allegedly stalking and filming ESPN reporter Erin Andrews while she was nude in a hotel room. According to the criminal complaint Barrett filmed Andrews in multiple different cities on multiple occasions with a camera on his cellphone.

The real question about this guy is what made him think he would get away with this? Once Andrews went on Oprah no one was going to touch the video, not to mention it was already widely available online, so why would TMZ want to pay any money for it? I suppose men who go around taping semi-celebrities in their hotel rooms aren’t necessarily the most business savvy. Andrews is reportedly considering suing the hotel chain she stayed in for disclosing the room she was in to Barrett. You can read all about how Barrett allegedly taped Andrews nude in the complaint below.
