Allen Stanford Found

February 19, 2009

Recession

The latest disgraced financier has been brought to justice. Allen Stanford, owner of the Stanford Bank, which recently had a complaint filed against it by the Securities and Exchange commission, was found today in Virginia. Whether or not Stanford was actually on the lamb from authorities is up for interpretation, but Stanford’s whereabouts are now known and it’ll be tougher for him to be “lost” in the future.

In the past six months it appears that Americans and financial authorities have grown increasingly impatient with the improprieties of those in the financial industry. According to reports, Stanford has not yet been charged with any crimes, but could very well be. If the fact that he had to be “found” in Virigina is any indication, the former owner of Stanford Bank may be in for a bit of trouble. The document below has the details of Stanford’s latest happenings.
