Bad news if you’ve been eating Lean Cuisine pre-packaged meals in an effort to eat healthy, you may be eating blue plastic.

The makers of Lean Cuisine, knowing that plastic may not be the sort of thing their customers want to eat, have issued a recall of a few different Lean Cuisine brands that the blue plastic was found in.

The document below lists the three Lean Cuisine varieties that have been recalled because of the plastic contamination as well as a few ways to examine your UPC to tell if you have been personally affected. So check your package of Lean Cuisine to make sure you it’s not full of blue plastic and do something good for yourself.
