American Humanist Association
Bill O’Reilly certainly won’t be happy about this one.
The American Humanist Association launched what they have decided to call their “Godless Holiday Campaign” today. The association has kicked off the campaign with ads on billboards, buses and in the New York Times and Washington Post.
In what the association has deemed the first advertising campaign of its kind, the ads ask rhetorically “Why believe in a god?” and encourages readers to celebrate a holiday free from religion this festive season.
Below is the official press release of the ad campaign by the humanists. It doesn’t appear that they’re selling anything, except maybe American Humanism. Note the purposeful lowercase spelling of ‘god.’
Happy holidays!
