Sad news today, as 15-year-old high school student Amanda Collette was shot and killed outside of the school she attended. School shootings have made less news recently than they did earlier in the decade and near the time of the Columbine shootings, but it’s still such a horrific event when a girl this young loses her life as the result of violence.
