American singer Lakisha Jones has married financial adviser Larry Davis at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Sunday. Guests included Sanjaya Malakar, Haley Scarnato and Melinda Doolittle. Lakisha was the fourth runner up in the contest; she lasted till May 2007. Yet, things haven’t been bad for her. She has an album due in February 2009 and she and her husband will honeymoon in Barbados. Lakisha Jones prefers gospel music; she is a classically trained singer. No stranger to doing well in competitions, she took second place in the 2005 Gimme the Mic competition.
