Steve Fossett was a millionaire turned adventurer. In September 2007 he disappeared after take-off, flying in his single-engine plane in remote Nevada. Today it was announced that hikers in Mammoth Lakes, California have turned in some personal items of Fossett’s that they have discovered in the area. Will this lead officials to finally find the wreckage of Fossett’s plane? Only time will tell.
