USCG: Freighter With Petroleum Coke Stranded In Path Of Ike
HOUSTON (Dow Jones)–The Coast Guard says a freighter hauling petroleum coke and carrying 22 people is stranded about 90 miles southeast of Galveston, Texas in the path of Hurricane Ike.
