Thursday, September 4, 2008 morning a commuter was killed in a random act of violence by a man who is thought to have some kind of mental illness. Elgin Louis Taylor Jr has now been charged with the murder of 36 year old Michael Fuccile. Elgin Louis Taylor Jr is a 24 year old man and a New Jersey resident. Michael Fuccile works for Merrill Lynch and was killed at the Liberty State Park light rail station about 8:30 AM Eastern Time.
