Melanie Jayne Chisholm aka Melanie C, Mel C, or Sporty Spice was one member of the quintet that went by the name Spice Girls. As a solo artist she has released four albums and was nominated for a BRIT and ECHO Awards.

Melanie Chisholm partnered Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Victoria Beckham in selling thirty-five million albums in just two years. The Spice Girls have gone on to become one of the most well-received girl bands of all time. Between 1994 and 2000, the band ruled the airwaves.
