He Ping Ping or Pingping He is a 20 year old from China. What’s unique about this Chinese is that he measures a mere 73 cm and the Guinness Book recognizes him as the world’s shortest man. He Pingping hails from the city of Wulanchabu. At birth he was as small as a palm and early on the cause of his small size was diagnosed as bone deformity that was hindering normal bone growth; however it is now believed that He Ping Ping has primordial dwarfism.

He Ping Ping faces competition to his title as the world’s shortest man from Lin Yeh-Chih who reportedly measures only 67.3 cm.
